GhostForge policy
Terms &
Acceptable Use
Effective August 7, 2026
Requests and review
A GhostForge Pro purchase or onboarding submission does not automatically create an account, grant endpoint access, establish private connectivity, or promise any particular capability. Requests are subject to manual authorization review. We may request more information, decline a request, limit access, or revoke access when use appears inconsistent with these terms.
Authorized targets
GhostForge is intended for lawful, authorized security testing. If access is offered, you must assess only systems, networks, applications, and data for which you have clear, documented permission from the owner or an authorized representative. You are responsible for confirming scope, permissions, and applicable law before testing.
Prohibited use
Do not use GhostForge to access, disrupt, scan, exploit, monitor, or collect information from targets without authorization; to evade safeguards; to facilitate malware, credential theft, or destructive activity; or in any way that violates law or the rights of others. We may decline, limit, or revoke access where use appears inconsistent with these expectations.
No security guarantee
Security tooling can produce incomplete, incorrect, or disruptive results. GhostForge does not guarantee detection, safety, availability, or legal compliance. You remain responsible for your decisions, controls, and testing outcomes. These terms describe product expectations, not legal advice.
